A CPA referred a boutique PR firm to Keeping Your Balance because they needed help with record keeping.  At the time, there wasn't much room in their budget for accounting, and they could handle most of their financial management in-house. The office manager fulfilled the 5 simple invoices each month and the owner paid the bills and used an outsourced firm to run payroll by herself.  

Within three months of contacting KYB, the PR firm landed ten significant clients and things started to grow faster than they could handle on their own.  As the office manager’s workload increased, we took over invoicing and tracking Accounts Receivable to lighten the load.  When Accounts Payable grew harder for the owner to manage, we stepped in and altered our services to include managing that aspect of her business.  Eventually payroll was also delegated to Keeping Your Balance when the owner, preoccupied with promoting her business and signing new contracts, forgot to pay her staff. It was on that day that she called KYB to ask, "what do I need to do so I don't need to worry about any of this anymore?"

From that point on we have been their full service accounting department, interacting daily with their clients, vendors and staff (now over 25 employees across 4 locations), working with their CPA to ensure accurate tax filings and implementing new systems and technology to keep them running as smoothly as possible.
